Concerts are programmed on a rolling basis usually 6-12 months in advance. The concert programme is created by Endelienta Art’s programming group who meet every two months. This group consists of staff members alongside community members who are committed to creating diverse programmes of work to present in North Cornwall. Except in rare circumstances, including last minute cancellations, the Artistic Director / General Manager is not able to programme concerts without the prior agreement of the programming group.
We have a set criteria/objectives that we assess all submissions against. These are: Audience Development, Artistic Quality, Creative Case for Diversity, Emerging Artists Development and Sales Opportunities. Each event programmed must meet at least one of these criteria. We do not have a rigid artistic policy and are open to all suggestions.
