This feel-good creative workshop is designed to introduce you to positive journaling and help you connect with your most joyful self!
Hannah Bevan (Falmouth-based founder of Journal For Joy and author of the Hometown Journal) will introduce you to the simple yet powerful practice of journaling and how it can bring more positive feelings to our lives. Through the 90 minute session, Hannah will guide you through a series of joyful journaling prompts, with a mix of writing, drawing and mindfulness activities.
No experience necessary. All you will need to take part is your favourite journal and some pens and/or pencils. There will also be the opportunity to share and discuss your journal entries with others in our group, to spread the joy and find moments of connection with each other.
